Triple-double leads Vina to blowout win

Rayleigh Guin had a triple-double to help the Vina Red Devils blow out the Cherokee Indians 81-27 last week and improve to 4-1 on the season.

Guin had 25 points, 11 assists and 11 steals in the win.

Vina dominated the game from start to finish, outscoring Cherokee 18-9 in the first quarter and leading 43-20 at halftime. Vina outscored Cherokee 38-7 in the second half.

Kaitlyn King had 16 points on four three-pointers. Kaitlyn Athey had 12 points.

Sarah Scott had six points, and Sarah Johnson and Hailey Cantrell scored five points each. Lexie Collum and Maddie Mills scored four points each.

Abbie Petree and Greta Raper had two points each.
