M.C. Funderburk

M.C. Funderburk, 70, died Friday, Sept 11, 2015 at NMMC.  He was born in Itawamba County, Miss. to Cecil Ralph and Wilma Funderburk.  He graduated from Tremont High School in 1964.  He was self-employed.

Graveside services will be Sunday, Sept 20, 2 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Bro. Billy Nichols officiating.

Survivors include his mother-Wilma Funderburk; four children, Stephen Funderburk and wife Connie, Sheri Funderburk Rasko, Shane Funderburk and wife Stephanie and Scotty Funderburk; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy Ewing and husband Joe and Marylou Saint  and husband Marlin; one brother, Oneal Funderburk  and wife Charolette.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation was Sunday, Sept 13, at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
