Danny R. Grissom, 67, of Phil Campbell, passed away Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, at ECM Hospital.
Mr. Grissom was a lifelong resident of Franklin County and a member of Gravel Hill Church of Christ. He was a retired bulldozer operator and school bus driver.
The funeral service was Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, at 2 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Grissom Cemetery. Officiating was Jack Henson. The family received friends at the funeral home Tuesday.
Survivors include wife, Glenda F. Grissom; father, John E. Grissom; sons, Darren Grissom and wife, Stacy and Lance Grissom and wife, Jamie; grandchildren, Whitney Cole and husband Nick, Magen Johnson and husband Zach, Hunter Grissom, Laura Grissom and Jared Grissom; great-grandson, Xander; sister, Carolyn Thompson and husband, Lynn; brother, David Grissom and wife, Pam; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Euna Fay Grissom.
Pallbearers will be Lynn Thompson, David Grissom, Cody Grissom, Nick Cole, Zach Johnson, Daniel Mims and Michael Baum.
