Franklin County Drug Unit arrests one

A Russellville man is in custody following a Franklin County Drug Unit investigation.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, information involving drug activity at the residence at 2065 Rail Splitter Road, Russellville, was received by law enforcement.

Freddy Dwayne Duncan, 30, was arrested at the residence Aug. 28 and charged with attempted manufacture of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Investigators with ALEA assisted the Franklin County Drug Unit with the investigation.

Duncan was released on bond Aug. 31.
