Richard Brent Howard, 69, Phil Campbell, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015 at his home.
He lived most of his life in Marion County and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Phil Campbell.
The family received friends on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service was Tuesday at Antioch Baptist Church in Phil Campbell. Cayce Harrison officiated. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Survivors include wife, Sandra Howard; children, Cynthia Casteel and husband, Thomas, Candice Howard; sisters, Christine Marbutt, Fran Frederick; brother, Ron Howard; grandchildren, Shay Pickens, Jason Pickens, Brittany Howard; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, John and Lona Howard Hodge.
