Helen Carlene Melton Anderton, age 91, Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.
Mrs. Anderton was a seamstress for many years. She was a member of Charity Chapel Church, and was loved by all who knew her.
A graveside service was held Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Franklin Memory Gardens. Bro. Bobby Brown officiated.
She leaves to cherish her memory, 7 nieces, 1 nephew; and special great-great-nephew, Jake Vandiver.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Anderton; mother, Clara Brewer Melton; father, Charlie Melton; brothers, Nathaniel Melton, Thurston Melton, and Sidney Melton; sisters, Ocie Allen, Esther English, Maxine Stokes, and Clara Ann Melton.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. John Almirol; the entire staff at Terrace Manor Nursing Home; nurse, Amanda Latham and caregivers of Hospice Advantage for the love and care of our family.
