Willie Mae Gober, 87, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Russellville Hospital. She was born in Itawamba County, Miss. and was a homemaker. She was a member of Burnout Missionary Baptist Church.

Services were Saturday, April 25, at Burnout Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. David Roshto, Bro. Danny Stanford and Bro. Dan Hindman officiating. Burial was in Burnout Cemetery, Vina.

Survivors are three children, Paulette Lou Allen and husband, Fred, and Carolyn Daniel and husband, Phillip, all of Huntsville, and Beverly Thorne and husband, Jerry, Vina; seven grandchildren, Randy Halcomb, Rhonda Halcomb, Anesa Halcomb, Emily Lee, Ladonna Roshto, Amber Hill and Heath Thorne; thirteen great-grandchildren and two brothers, Bill Robinson ad wife, Ann, and Frank “Zeke” Robinson and wife, Cheryl.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Burlion Gober, a daughter, Patricia Ann Gober, her parents, William Bryce Robinson and Ethel Berniece Ivy Robinson and three brothers, William Bryce Robinson, Jr., Kenneth Robinson and Don Robinson.

Pallbearers were Brad Ivy, Larry Hill, Larry McCalpin, Marlin Gober, Jr., Lee Gober and Sonny Martin.

Visitation was Friday, April 24, at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
