Margaret Louise Scott, 76, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015 at ECM Hospital. She was born in Winthrop Harbor, Ill and to Matt and Violet Baggerson. She was a member of PleasantRidgeMissionaryBaptistChurch.
Services were Sunday, March 1, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Desmond Summeral and Bro. Eugene Digby officiating. Burial was in BerryCemetery.
Survivors are two children, Lorraine Crouch and husband, David, of Hartselle, AL and Dennis Scott and wife, Tammie, of Red Bay; six grandchildren, Jake Scott, Corey Scott, Terri Ellis, Brandon Franks, Patricia Price and Valarie Hale; fourteen great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Scott; a daughter, Brenda Scott Cobb; and her parents.
Pallbearers were Jake Scott, Corey Scott, Brandon Franks, Mike Petree, TheorenBridges and Josh Hale.
Visitation was Sunday, March 1, at Deaton Funeral Home, RedBay.
