Cecil Askew Harrison, age 90 of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015 at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.
The visitation was Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville, with the funeral followed in the chapel. The service was officiated by Bro. Johnny Richardson and Bro. Danny Fuller with burial in Old Bethel Cemetery, Leighton.
Cecil enjoyed volunteer work at Senior Friends and Russellville Hospital. She was a member of East Side Church of Christ.
Cecil was preceded in death by her first husband, Veto Quillen and her second husband, Earl Harrison; son, Billy Ray Quillen, infant Quillen; parents, Theo Askew and Melissa Summers Askew.
She is survived by her cousins, and special cousins, Aaron Smith, Jean Potter; niece, Sherry Schulte; and a host of friends.
The pallbearers were her cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of Terrace Manor Nursing Home for the love and care shown to Cecil.
