Burley Wyatt Jones, age 78, of Russellville, AL passed away Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015.

The visitation was Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at Akins Funeral Home   The funeral service was Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015 at Pleasant Hill FCM Church, Bro. Darryl Whitehead and Bro. Venlon Bradford officiated.  Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Hunter Jones, Danny Ray Morgan, William Bishop, Leo Pinkard, Wendell Gann, Gary Gann, Tony Hodge, and Vernon Smith. Honorary Pallbearers were Dent Morgan and Roy Burnett.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie and Lillian Jones; brother, Milton Jones; sister, Bernice Heaps.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jones, children, Byron Jones and wife Beth, Danna Garrison and husband Lyle, grandchildren, Hunter, Anna-Brooke, Katelyn, and Abby.
