William “Bill” McCary, Sr.

William “Bill” McCary, Sr., 85, died Friday, Nov. 14, 2014 at Generations of Red Bay. He was born in Mississippi and was retired as an inspector at Daybrite Lighting. He was a 32^nd Degree Mason and member of Tupelo Lodge#318.

There will be no funeral services.

Survivors are two children, Sheila Lawson and husband, Glenn, Vina, and William “Bill” McCary, Jr. and Angela Timbs, Belmont, Miss.; three grandchildren, Joy Brown, Michelle Shook and Matthew McCary; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob Benjamin McCary and Eliza Patrick McCary; mother of his children, Merlene McAnally; and several brothers and sisters.
