Thelma Louise Smith Harrison, 90, Russellville, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014 at Shoals Hospital.

Mrs. Harrison loved being outside and working in her flowers.  She sold Avon for many years, and was tops in sales several times.  She was kind and caring to everyone she met, and will be missed by all who knew her.

The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral will be at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Bro. Shane McGregor and Bro. Ed Brand will officiate at the service.  Burial will be at TharptownCemetery.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Smith and wife, Darlotte; daughters, Martha Uptain, Marilyn Malone and husband, Jimmy, Joan Dunlap and husband, Ted; grandchildren, Darla Smith, Courtney Smith, Thelon Uptain, John Uptain, Joel Uptain, Roy Uptain, Jamie Malone, Jason Malone, Jeremy Dunlap, Justin Dunlap; 21 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; sister, Madeline Hicks; and host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, Brice Smith; 2nd husband, Walter Harrison; parents, Robert and Cora Mayfield; three sisters, and five brothers.

The pallbearers will be her grandsons.
