Hilde Kuklak Kuberg, 91, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014.  Mrs. Kuberg was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Christopher Harry Kuberg, and her devoted husband, Willi Karl Kuberg, one of the original members of the Von Braun Rocket Team.  Mr. and Mrs. Kuberg came to America to pursue education, Christianity, a better life for their family and the American Dream.

Survivors include sons, Dieter, W. Kuberg and wife, Evelyn, Dr. Harry W. Kuberg and wife, Melanie; daughters, Inge K. Zanaty and husband, Louis, and Christel K. Dunn and husband, Dr. Thomas Dunn; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Friday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home.  The funeral service immediately followed in the chapel with Dr. Jimmy Jackson officiating.  Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery.

A reception followed at Dr. Thomas and Christel Dunn’s home, 7 Perth Drive, The Ledges, Huntsville, 35802.
