Lester Eugene McKleroy, 67, Russellville, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014, at Helen Keller Hospital.
He lived in Franklin County and was a member of First Baptist Church of Littleville. He was retired from Celotex.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 17, 2014, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service will be Wednesday, 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Gatus Cheatham officiating. Burial will follow in Hyde Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Ann McKleroy; children, Mark McKleroy and wife, Heidi, Melinda Sherrill and husband, Greg, Carla Cartee and husband, Shannon, all of Russellville; brother, Doug McKleroy and wife, Cathy, Muscle Shoals; grandchildren, Kasey McKleroy, Karissa Simmons, Cody Howard, Kristen McKleroy, Jacob Kelly, Joseph Kelly, Alex Cartee, Eli Cartee, Gunner Cartee, Bristol Cartee; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cody Howard, Kasey McKleroy, Alex Cartee, Jacob Kelly, Troy Simmons, and Andrew Eller.
He was preceded in death by parents, Thomas Franklin and Lillie Mae McKleroy; brother, William Thomas McKleroy; grandson, Brandon Heath Howard.
