Rickey W. Kinard, 58, Spruce Pine, passed away Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, at Russellville Hospital.

He lived his entire life in Franklin County and attended the Spruce Pine Baptist Church. He was employed by G&G Steel.

The family received friends on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service followed with Merrell Potter officiating. Burial was in Spruce Pine Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn J. Kinard.

He was preceded in death by parents, Orbie and Edna Ray Kinard.
