Belgreen’s Josh Devaney led all scorers with 18 points last Thursday as the Bulldogs came out on top over Red Bay in the 66-49 victory.

The Bulldogs outscored Red Bay 25-10 at the end of the first quarter.

Belgreen took a 37-15 lead in the second, but the Tigers added nine points in the final minutes to cut Belgreen’s lead to 39-24 at halftime.

Belgreen went on a 7-0 run in the fourth to take a 57-38 lead.

Dylan Gresham led Red Bay with 10 points, Austin Milam scored seven, Nick Thorn, Barry Reach, and Isaiah Jackson added six each.

Tate Ozbirn and Rickey Esparza scored four each; Jesus Kelley and Kyle Fuller scored two points each.

Behind Belgreen’s Devaney, Chase Landers scored 16. Dustin Smith was also in double digits with 13 as was Will Barnwell with 12. Inman scored seven for the Bulldogs.
