David Timothy “Tim” Bailey, 59, of Tuscumbia, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, at his residence.

Mr. Bailey was a lifelong resident of Tuscumbia and a member of North Highland Baptist Church, Littleville.

The funeral service was Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens.  Officiating will be Phillip Wright.

Survivors include father, Wafford E. Bailey, Tuscumbia; sister, Jean Ellen Burnett and husband, Steve, Muscle Shoals; and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Mize Bailey.

Pallbearers were Barry Coker, Ray Long, Billy Burks, David Michael, Clay Mize, Britt Warren, Billy Mansell and Teddy Whitlock.
