Sherry Louise Lindsey Campbell, 44, Phil Campbell, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014 at Russellville Hospital.

The visitation was Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the service following. Burial was at Liberty Hill Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Fred E. Campbell; sons, Timothy Campbell, Joshua Campbell; parents, Jerry and Mary Lindsey; sisters, Cindy Lawler and husband, Kevin, Robbi Head and husband, Bart; brother, Randy Lindsey and wife, Linda; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
