Ed “Choo-Choo” Justice, 73, Muscle Shoals, formerly of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013 at the Hospice of Chattanooga.
Ed served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked at Reynolds Cast House as a furnace operator for 42 years before retiring.
Funeral services were Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel with military honors. Speaking at the service was Bobby Bolton. Burial was in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Angel Burrage and husband, Jody, Michael Suggs and wife, Deidre, Sherry Price; grandchildren, Dakota Burrage, Kaleb Burrage, Latosha Thornton, Nick Suggs, Presley Price and Callie Price; and nephew, Dennis McPherson and wife, Diane.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Dennis and Ila Mae Hargett Justice; and sister, Barbara McPherson; and grandson, Chase Noah.
The pallbearers were Dakota Burrage, Kaleb Burrage, Gene Fisher, Brock Fisher, Erik Fisher, and Ryan Fisher.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Ed’s wonderful neighbors, Leon and Jean Madden, Gene and Tammy Fisher, Jerry and Lynn Poppe, for your friendship and concern, as well as being an extended family to us all.
