Carolyn Jane Hester, 88, Cumming, Ga., passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013.

She loved to cook and enjoyed needle working. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hester; daughter Yvonne Porter, and husband Hugh.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Karen and Tony Maynard; great-granddaughters, Krisi and Karlie Maynard; nieces, Carolyn Denton, Nell Johnson and Faye Ogden; nephew, Bob Rea; great-nephew, Steve Plemons.

Funeral services were Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was in K.P. Cemetery in Russellville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to In Touch Ministries at www.intouch.org.
