Dwight Alton Waldrep, 48, Russellville, passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, at his residence.
A graveside service was held Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Gargis Cemetery. Speaking at the service was Bro. Hillard Ayers.
He is survived by his mother, Hassie Waldrep; sister, Rhonda Mihalic; brothers, Gregory Waldrep, Lance Waldrep; two nieces, four nephews; and one great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alton Waldrep; and his grandparents.
The pallbearers were Danny Lewis, Terry Landers, Heath Hairrell, Devin Waldrep, David Hallmark, and Matt Taylor. The honorary pallbearers were Greg Vandiver and Bradley Logan.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Hospice of North Alabama; and our caregivers, Candace and Michelle.
