Marjorie Evelyn Lane, 84, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013, in Atlanta, Ga.

She was a native of Franklin County and a long-time area resident before moving to Atlanta in 2011.

She is survived by one daughter, Deborah Crowe and husband, Anthony, of Peachtree Corners, Ga.; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Lane, of Kirtland, Ohio; five grandchildren, Eric Crowe, of Birmingham, Brent Lane, of Kirtland, Ohio, Jason Crowe, of Lawrenceville, Ga., Mitchell Lane of Concord, Ohio, and Amanda Ray of Dunwoody, Ga.; three great-granddaughters, Lane, Aubrey, and Abby.

She was predeceased by her husband, Willard T. Lane; son, Larry D. Lane; three brothers, Jimmy Williams, Carl Williams, and Leon Williams; and one sister, Betty Woodard.

Visitation will be held at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville from 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2013, with the funeral services to be held in the chapel of the funeral home immediately thereafter. Burial will be in Knights of Pythias Cemetery, Russellville.
