Erskine Maurice Hollimon, 79, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Russellville Hospital.

Mr. Hollimon was a native of Mt. Hope, Alabama, but had lived in Russellville for the past 56 years. He was a member of Hickory Grove Presbyterian Church in Mt. Hope. He was retired from U.S. Reduction and Walmart.

The funeral service will be Sunday, April 21, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens. Officiating will be Joe Lenox. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 12-2 p.m.

Survivors include children, David Hollimon and wife, Dianne, Muscle Shoals, Russell Hollimon and wife, Deanna, Russellville, and Nina McNatt and husband, Mark, Russellville; brother, Wayne Hollimon and wife, Shirley, Decatur; grandchildren, Matthew Hollimon, Florence, Daniel Hollimon, Russellville, Caroline Hollimon, Russellville, Kassie Franks and husband, Jesse, Russellville; expected great-grandson, Jaston Franks; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Nell Shores Hollimon; parents, Eugene and Murl Hollimon; sister, Martha Jean Hollimon.
