Joyce Pace Blacklidge, 85, Russellville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at ECM Hospital.

Mrs. Blacklidge was retired from the Franklin County Electric Co-Op after thirty plus years of customer service. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

The visitation will be 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011, at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel.  Officiating at the service will be Rev. Clint Busler. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Russell Winston Shedd, Albert C. Blacklidge, Jr.; parents, Gresham and Lucy Pace; brothers, Jim Pace, Jack Pace, Morrison Pace; sister, Mary Catherine Jeffreys; and son-in-law, Wayne Warhurst.

She is survived by her sons, John Shedd and wife, Lori,  DeWitt, NY, Tim Shedd, Atlanta, Ga.; daughter, Lucy Warhurst, Russellville; granddaughter, Amy McLauchlin and husband, Brian, Murfreesboro, Tenn.; great-grandson, Walker Compton, Murfreesboro, Tenn.; brother, Bob Pace and wife, Janis, Louisville, Ky.; sister, Estelle Moore, Sheffield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers will be Jimmy Jackson, Jay Jackson, Mike Estis, Tom Pace, David Grissom and Walker Compton.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be missed by all.
