Dean McNutt, 82, of Tuscumbia, Ala. passed away Friday, October 28, 2011.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, Ala., with Bro. Wade Wallace officiating.  Interment was at Colbert Memorial Garden.
Pallbearers were Todd Kirkland, Michael Watson, Corey Blankenship, Isaac McNutt, Aaron Jackson, and Greg Bullington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Josephine Ponder; siblings, Bud Ponder, Doris Jones, Dempsey Ponder, Nell Ponder; grandchild, Jordan McNutt.  
She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Larry McNutt and Pam, Tommy McNutt and Micki; siblings, Rachel Steele, Doyle Ponder, Wayne Ponder, Kenneth Ponder; grandchildren, Magan McNutt, Corey Blankenship, Isaac McNutt, Lucas McNutt; host of nieces and nephews.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and caretaker to many. She worked as a cosmetologist in her early years and a caretaker in her later years.
