County Marketplace is good way to invest locally

Area residents are often encouraged to shop locally to help support the local economy.

This Saturday citizens of Franklin County will have an excellent opportunity to do that by visiting the Franklin County Marketplace.

The Franklin County Marketplace is located at the Farmer’s Market and provides residents of the county an area to sell locally made products. All items for sell at the marketplace have been made by residents of Franklin County who have purchased most of their materials from businesses in Franklin County.

This helps the county in numerous ways, but most importantly it helps keep tax dollars local to help pay for local schools and emergency services.

Please visit the Franklin County Marketplace and support local merchants. The marketplace will be open the first Saturday of every month throughout the summer.
