Katherine Dill Willis, 92, of Muscle Shoals, Ala. passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010.

The funeral service will be Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010 at Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wayne Boyles and Bro. Charlie James officiating. The interment will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jodie N. Willis; parents, Willie and Lena Dill; siblings, Johnnie Dill, Romie Dill, Clark Dill, Mason Dill, Mary Poss, Stella James, Rossie Skidmore, Flossie Dill; son-in-law, Jimmy Fleming.

She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Fleming; son, Wayne Willis and wife Rose; special sister, Betty Goble; grandchildren, Julia Sullivan, Chris Fleming and wife, Brandi, Jason Willis and wife, April, Jody Willis and wife, Dayna, Harry Sullivan; great-grandchildren, Daniel Sullivan, Kayte Sullivan, Anna Sullivan, Lauren Willis, Jaden Willis, Jaxon Willis, Cainen Fleming, Drew Willis.

She was a member of Littleville First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Special thanks to Dr. Darrin Bowling and staff at Shoals Hospital and Southern Care Hospice.
