When firefighters arrived on the scene, flames were seen in the back in the loading dock.
"We were able to get the fire out fairly quickly," Mansell said. "The fire remained on the outside."
Mansell said the fire is still under investigation, and the case of the blaze is unknown.
While firefighters were on the scene of the first fire, they received a report of another structure fire located at 1009 Lawrence Street.
No one was home at the time of the fire, and officials on the scene said the fire was contained to one area of the house.
No information on the case of the second fire was available.
