One injured in one vehicle accident

PHIL CAMBPELL-A Spruce Pine woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident in Phil Campbell yesterday afternoon.
Officials at the State Troopers Quad Cities Post said that Morgan Davis, 20, of Spruce Pine received injuries from an accident that occurred at 1:50 p.m. on College Road in Phil Campbell. Witnesses said that Davis lost control of her 2001 Pontiac and flipped off the shoulder of the road.
Davis was flown by helicopter to Huntsville Hospital for her injuries.
In addition to the State Troopers, the Phil Campbell Police Department, the Franklin County Sheriff's Department, the Phil Campbell Fire Department, the Phil Campbell Rescue Squad and the NWSCC Campus Police were on the scene of the accident.
