Franklin May Lose Red Cross Chapter

Franklin County may lose both its Red Cross chapter and bloodmobile program.
This warning was sounded this week before civic clubs in preparation for the annual Red Cross campaign and an anticipated visit of the bloodmobile.
A visit orginally scheduled for Monday, March 7 was postponed at the last minute and will be April 5 instead, Red Cross officials said.
The bloodmobile visit was postponed in hopes that a concerted effort to put over the blood donation campaign will obtain better results than in the past.
