Mrs. Ward is the former Kamika S. Lewis.
Jeb and Melissa Blackburn announce the birth of a daughter, Caton McNeel, on Feb. 25, 2003, at River Oaks Hospital in Jackson.
Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James Emerson Blackburn Jr.
Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Stephen O. Moore of Meridian.
Michael and Dawn Shadow of Brandon announce the birth of a son, William Thomas, on Feb. 26, 2003, at River Oaks Hospital in Jackson.
