UNION Services for Evelyn Saucier Stamper will be held today at 1 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Marcus Finch officiating. Burial will be in Union City Cemetery.
Mrs. Stamper, 88, of Union, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002 in her home.
Survivors include her son, Marty Stamper of Union.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Martice Stamper ;and a sister, Willie Lee Emge.
Visitation will be today beginning at 8 a.m. at the funeral home.
ANTHONY JOHNSON

SEBASTOPOL Services for Anthony Johnson will be held today at 2 p.m. at St. Catherine Catholic Church with the Rev. David Hamn officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Milling Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Johnson, 43, of Philadelphia, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, at Choctaw Health Center.
Survivors include his sisters, Sherry Johnson of Philadelphia, Lena Johnson of Walnut Grove and Dorine Johnson of Mendenhall; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his brother James Johnson; and a sister Ruby Johnson.
REBECCA ANN LEWIS NOBLIN

QUITMAN Services for Rebecca Ann Lewis Noblin will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Stonewall Baptist Church with the Revs. Jerry Doggett and Lynn McCraney officiating. Burial will be in Stonewall Cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Noblin, 61, of Stonewall, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, at East Mississippi State Hospital in Meridian.
Survivors include her sister, Merry B. Chandler of Stonewall; several nieces and nephews.
MARY SMITH MEADOWS
YORK, Ala. Graveside services for Mary Smith Meadows will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery with the Rev. Dr. James I. Walter officiating. Bumpers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Meadows, 101, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002, at Sumter Health and Rehab Center in York.
Survivors include her daughters, Letitia M. Taylor and her husband, Robert, of York and Julia M. Phillipp of Dumfries, Va.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Louise Meadows of Montgomery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Patton Meadows; her parents, Thomas William Franklin Smith and Letitia Elizabeth Smith; brothers, Samuel Searcy Smith, Jessie William Smith and Benjamin Andrew Smith ;and a grandson, Treavor Smith.
Memorials may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 446, Livingston, AL 35470.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the home of Letitia M. Taylor, 104 Norton Lane, York, AL.

Services for Harry "Bill" Forsythe will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Huggins officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Forsythe, 85, of Meridian, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, at Gulfport Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in World War II. He was a member of Seventh Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include his children, Barbara Djerf and her husband, William L., and Kathy Allen, all of Long Beach, and Bill Forsythe of Marietta, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a brother, Sam Forsythe and a sister, Mildred Barrett, both of Tupelo; and several nieces and nephews.
