JAMES WILLIAM MCDOWELL JR.

PHILADELPHIA Services for James William "Mack" McDowell Jr. will be held today at 3 p.m. at McClain-Hays Chapel in Philadelphia with the Revs. Jerome Fedrick and Jerry Garcia officiating. Burial will be in Fellowship Cemetery in Neshoba County with McClain-Hays Funeral Service, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McDowell, 47, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, July 10, 2002, at his home.
Survivors include daughters Rhonda McDowell and Jessica Culpepper of Philadelphia; step-father, Alex Chipley, of Philadelphia; sister, Gerladine Turner, of Carthage; a grandson; two great nieces and two great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jimmy and Marie McDowell.
LEE EDWARDS

PHILADELPHIA Services for Lee Edwards will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Smith Chapel Church of God in Neshoba County with the Rev. James Young officiating. Burial will be in Hester's Cemetery in Neshoba County with McClain-Hays Funeral Service, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Edwards, 45, of Collinsville, died Friday, July 12, 2002, at GV Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson. Mr. Edwards served in the U.S. Air Force and was a machinist at a steel company.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Edwards; daughters Amy Marie Davis and Krystal Lee Edwards; his parents, Harley Lee and Glenda Sue Edwards, all of Collinsville; a sister, Susan Faith, of Milton Fla.; and two brothers Steven Edwards, of Brandon, and Gregory Edwards, of Collinsville.
Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home and 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
NELLIE LEE HERRINGTON
Retired
Services for Nellie Lee Herrington will be held on Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Wallace Terry officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Herrington, 71, of Oneonta, Ala., died Saturday, July 13, 2002 at home.
Survivors include her husband, W.L. "Buddy" Herrington; daughter, Renee H. Gladden and her husband, Johnny; a son, Ted Herrington; two sisters, Bobbie L. Ethridge and her husband Bill, and Francis L. Herrington and her husband Mack; a brother, Andrew "Bud" Lee and his wife, Edna.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joey H. Fuller; three sisters, Roxie L. Martin, Jo L. Herrington Blackwell, Willis L. McKee; and three brothers, W.O. Lee, J.A. Lee and Louie Lee.
Pallbearers will be Buck Fuller, Wayne Montgomery, Ronald Ellard, Billy Jack Ethridge, Hal Herrington and Wylie Hodges.
Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
RANDALL TODD HENLEY
UNION Graveside services for Randall Todd Henley will be held today at 2 p.m. at Golden Grove Cemetery in Neshoba County, with the Rev. Bill Hall officiating. Milling Funeral Home of Union is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Henley, 40, of Waynesboro, died Thursday, July 11, 2002.
Survivor include his wife, Regina, of Waynesboro; a daughter, Brittney Nicole Henley, of Petal; and a brother, Scott Henley, of Pensacola, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents William G. and Mable Henley.
SAMUEL C. FIELDER
Retired auto body repairman and farmer
MACON Services for Samuel C. Fielder will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at Cockrell Funeral Home Chapel in Macon with the Revs. Raymond Robinson and James Ivan Hall officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery with Cockrell Funeral Home Inc. in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Fielder, 79, of Macon, died Saturday, July 13, 2002, at Winston County Medical Center in Louisville. Mr. Fielder was born in Vance and spent most of his early years in Winona. He attended school at Kilmichael and served in the U.S. Army Corps and Infantry from Dec. 1942 until Jan. 1946. He attended Church of Christ in Aliceville, Ala., and was a member of Garden Baptist Church in Aliceville, Ala. He was a carpenter, auto body repairman, painter and general contractor.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Elizabeth Fielder, of Macon; his sister, Chloe Lavon Fielder, of Winona; brothers Delano Fielder and Edsel Fielder, of Winona, and Rev. Burnette Fielder, of Calhoun City; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rufus Allen and Lela Mae Greenlee Fielder.
In lieu of flowers, memorials my be made to your favorite charity.
Visitation will be Monday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
SYLVIA ANNETTE STEPHENS
Homemaker
Services for Sylvia Annette Stephens will be held on Monday at 3 p.m. at Jones Chapel Church of God with the Revs. Roy Dabbs and Ron Leonard officiating. Burial will be in the Jones Chapel Church of God Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Stephens, 55, of Clarkdale, died Thursday, July 11, 2002, at the Queen City Nursing Center. She was formerly employed in sales at Soule Steam Feed Works in Meridian.
She was a member of Jones Chapel Church of God.
Survivors include a daughter, Tammy K. Stephens Smith, of Meridian; a son, Tommy C. Stephens Jr. and his wife, Polly, of Cuba, Ala.; four grandsons, Eliot and Luke Smith of Meridian, and Gage and Justin Stephens of Cuba, Ala.; two brothers, Mike Collier and his wife, Nancy, of Meridian, and Sonny Collier, and his wife Pat of Texas; her father, Leroy Collier of Texas; five aunts; two uncles; numerous nieces and nephews; a special companion, Jackie Pickard; and many true friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice Thomas Lee, and her grandparents O.T. "PaPa" and Bessie "MoMo" Thomas.
The family expresses their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the entire staff of Queen City Nursing Center, Hometown Hospice and Dr. John C. Clay.
Pallbearers will be James O. Thomas, Ray Thomas, Scott Adcock, Wade Miles, Orville Anderson, and Dusty Hinson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the American Cancer Society in Ms. Stephens' name.
Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home and 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.

Services for Diane Ball Natale will be held Monday, July 22, with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Natale, 50, of West Palm Beach, Fla., died Monday, July 8, 2002, at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.
GERTRUDE VIVERETTE RISHER

Graveside services for Gertrude Viverette Risher were held Saturday at Magnolia Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Risher, of Vicksburg, originally from Meridian, died Saturday, July 5, 2002, in Vicksburg. She was retired from Riley Hospital and was a member of Jones Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Penny Risher and her sons, Charles A. Risher and Thomas D. Risher.
