Deloris Voncile Howard, 78, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Terrace Manor Nursing  Home.

Funeral services were Thursday, July 18, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Roger Bond officiating. Burial was in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.

She is survived by her children, Linda Hall and husband, Freddie, Eddie Howard and wife, Nita, Teddy Howard; grandchildren, Andrea Mayberry, J.P. Hall, Mandy Franks, Haley Bailey, Zachary Howard, Tyler Howard, Jared Howard, Ashley Howard, Amber Howard; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, John L. Smith, Rose Ray, JoAnn Duncan; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Howard; parents, Edward and Dora Bagget Smith and three siblings, Dean Bailey, Bobby Smith and Lou Carter.
