RCS operates on delayed schedule tomorrow (Feb. 21)

Due to the extreme cold temperatures and to ensure the well-being of all students and staff, Russellville City Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Friday, Feb. 21. All buses and classes will delay two hours from their normal time.
