Business Spotlight: Workout Anytime set to open 24 hour gym in Russellville just in time for the new year

Workout Anytime is a locally operated gym whose mission and values are to help its members reach their health and fitness goals. Their friendly staff and knowledge trainers help to support those aspirations by offering a first class facility that’s clean, has the latest equipment, and is safe at an affordable price.

“The biggest reward of being in this line of work is seeing people change their life for the better, and it’s amazing to be a part of that level of growth and change. I have witnessed firsthand how fitness has helped to relieve stress for people and improve their health. There have been people who start out on a ton of medications, and eventually lessen that number, as their health starts to improve. So fitness can make a great difference in someone’s life,” said Justin Hines, franchise owner and regional manager.

Workout Anytime in Russellville will be the third location opening in the area. Since coming to Muscle Shoals in 2016, the facility and its offered amenities has helped to make a difference in the lives of many. As a gym that is open 24/7, 365 days, its confinements from the equipment to trainers are available to help members workout at their own pace, and at the convenience of their schedule.

The club services offered include cardio machines, strength equipment, small group training, trx, personal training, tanning, red light therapy, hydromassage, matrix strength training, lockers, showers, free wifi, and an infrared sauna.

“We decided to offer Workout Anytime within Russellville because we looked around and saw a need, with the opportunity to offer something different and unique.

We’re private owners and we pride ourselves on cleanliness, providing a convenient location, and a friendly establishment. Our vision is to help reshape the fitness community,” said Hines.

Hines added that their ability to make members feel more like family than just members is what sets them apart. When it comes to members, staff works to know members’ names because that level of recognition shows a level of support, and care in a sense that can contribute to them reaching their goals, he added.

“I hope that this new location in the area will inspire residents to get active, be the push they need to work on their goals, and a way to help them stay committed to what they are working towards. Gyms can be intimidating, especially for someone who has never set foot into one.

This is why we pride ourselves on helping every member that enters those doors to feel comfortable. Whether it’s offering a suggestion on how to use a certain piece of equipment, answering their questions, or sitting down to develop a plan tailored to their personal fitness goals,” said Hines. Hines shared that fitness holds a near and dear place in his heart. Since he was a child, he has always had a love for sports and fitness. Now that he is older, he continues to hold those same passions, and is fueled with the desire to stay fit. Because he wants to continue to be as healthy as he can be, to be around as long as he can, and wants to set a great example for his children to follow.

“When it comes to achieving fitness goals, it starts now and not as just a resolution. I believe if you create a plan, start small, and adjust with progress, the seeked results will be achieved. The created plan doesn’t have to be figured out alone, that is what we are here for… to be a guide, help to hold you accountable, and give support. Let us help you stay on track,” said Hines.

Hines wants readers to know that making the decision to focus on health and fitness is not an immediate or overnight process. That results come in time, to be patient, and consistent. As the way to achieve fitness goals takes being committed and disciplined. Do not focus on the scale as a watched pot never boils, he stated.

Workout Anytime is located at 14001 Highway 43 in Russellville. They are open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Members can have access to the facility with a barcode and can have support and guidance even from the use of the Workout Anytime app.

“Give us a try, come by, take a tour, and get a pass to try out the facility. See why being a part of the Workout Anytime family can be an asset to the individual and their family,” added Hines.
