Sandra Kay (Horton) Alexander

Sandra Kay (Horton) Alexander, age 71, of Phil Campbell, passed away Sept. 18. Visitation will be held at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville Sept. 22 from noon to 2 p.m. The funeral service will immediately follow. Burial will be at Ferguson Cemetery.
