Phillip Randal Wade

Phillip Randal Wade, 65, of Russellville, passed away March 20 at his residence.

Wade (Dawn) of Tuscaloosa; niece, Parker Jackson of Memphis and nephew, Robert Dax Wade of Orlando, Fla.
