Emily Dianne Rice, 47, of Phil Campbell died Aug. 31. Visitation will be Sept. 3 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Service will be at 1 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Burial will be in East Franklin Cemetery, Phil Campbell. Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
