Betty Lou Stout Jackson, 89, of Russellville died Sept. 30. Visitation will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 4 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Service will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 4 at the graveside in Franklin Memory Gardens, followed by the burial.
