Severe weather drives changes to basketball tourney schedule

The severe weather threat for Saturday has forced some changes to both the junior high and high school divisions of the Franklin County Tournament.

Updated schedules include:

Junior High Division at Belgreen

Jan. 14

4 p.m. B-Junior Girls Phil Campbell vs. Belgreen

5:15 p.m. B-Junior Boys Tharptown vs. Red Bay

6:30 p.m. A-Junior Girls Red Bay vs. Phil Campbell

7:45 p.m. A-Junior Boys Phil Campbell vs. East Franklin

High School Division at Red Bay

Jan. 15

3 p.m. Varsity Girls Phil Campbell vs. Red Bay

4:30 p.m. Varsity Boys Phil Campbell vs. Vina

Also, all Saturday morning youth basketball games have been cancelled.
