Roy Lee Welch, 62, of Russellville died April 10. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. April 12 at Spry Memorial Chapel, immediately followed by the service at 2 p.m. at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Belgreen Cemetery.
