Joseph Dural Swinney, 79, of Russellville died Dec. 24, 2018. Visitation will be Dec. 27, 2018, from 5-8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Services will be Dec. 28, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Russellville.
