Roger Glenn Black

Roger Glenn Black, 70, of Cicero, Ill., and formerly of Franklin County died April 20. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. April 27 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Graveside service will be at 9 a.m. in conjunction with burial in Taylor Cemetery, Russellville.
