Peggy Joann Brown, 80, of Russellville, passed away Nov. 7. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 10, with the service following at 1 p.m., at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.
