United Way seeks toys, bicycles for Toys for Tots

United Way of Northwest Alabama is seeking donations of toys and bicycles to be given to children enrolled in the Toys for Tots Christmas assistance program.

Donations will remain in the area; they will be distributed to children in Colbert, Lauderdale, Franklin and Marion counties.

Collection sites are located throughout the community at various businesses and organizations. United Way of Northwest Alabama is responsible for collecting, storing, organizing and distributing all of the toys and bicycles that are donated. Donations of new, unwrapped toys as well as bicycles for boys and girls up to the age of 12 are needed.
