Will’s Willing Walkers, a local Relay for Life team, recently raised several hundred thousand dollars to aid in the fight against cancer – with the donations and service of a few local “celebrities.”

Community members and political candidates lined up both to donate and to wait tables for the group’s Celebrity Waiters Night at Taylor’s Restaurant. Coordinators said the event, which has been held the past 15 years, was a success, and they offered their thanks to all those involved.
