    The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

    • Donna Lasha Blevins, 29, 2520 Highway 20, Spruce Pine; unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance first degree, trafficking methamphetamine, possessing/receiving controlled substance, two counts of chemical endangerment of a child by exposure to controlled substance, possessing/selling precursor chemicals
