Mitchell and Nix to wed

Willard and Donna Mitchell of Russellville are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristen Leslie Mitchell, to Kyle Thomas Nix, son of Tommy and Sherry Nix of Spruce Pine.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Billy and Peggy Crews of Russellville and Charles and Ruth Mitchell of Russellville. She is a Russellville High School graduate and received an Associates degree in Applied Science from Wallace State Community College. She works as a Radiology Technologist/Medical Assistant.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Charles and Elmo Nix of Phil Campbell and the late Eugene and Martha Nix of Phil Campbell. He is a graduate of Phil Campbell High School and received an Associates degree in Applied Science from Wallace State Community College. He is currently employed by Lakeland Community Hospital as Supervisor of the Radiology Department.

The wedding will be held May 30, 2015 at The Hilton Garden Inn, Orange Beach, at 6:30 p.m.
