School delayed for Tuesday

Russellville City Schools and Franklin County Schools will be delayed 2.5 hours on Tuesday morning due to deteriorating weather conditions across the region.

School officials announced that school buses will run 2.5 hours later than normal and all city and county schools will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 17.
